Prospa approached Red Tomato with hopes of revamping their current welcome pack, these packs were used to surprise and delight new brokers who partner with Prospa. The packs welcome new brokers to the Prospa family and create a sense of warmth during the on-boarding process, whilst creating an extra touch point. Unfortunately the existing pack was outdated and did not reflect the sleek Prospa brand.

The challenge was customising an updated package that incorporates all the existing items in the pack whilst maintaining Prospa’s modern brand image and reducing the cost per welcome pack.

After brainstorming ideas internally and with Prospa, the focus was kept on the brand image they wanted to convey and the merchandise that would best fulfil this. The following was decided on for the welcome packs: a certificate in a sleek gloss black frame, a premium metal pen, a professional notebook wrapped in Prospa branded tissue paper and placed into a premium custom made box. We worked tirelessly with our office in China to ensure all products were fully customised to the client’s liking whilst still being cost and time effective.

Prospa has had a good response from their new brokers who feel like the on-boarding process was enjoyable and the welcome packs encouraged a warm, friendly beginning to the relationship.
